Infrastructure and Data Storage

Mulligan Crew is built on and powered by Bubble (Bubble Group, Inc.), a third-party application development platform. Bubble operates the infrastructure that stores application data. How We Use Information

Information collected through Mulligan Crew is used to:

Sharing of Information

Information you enter into Mulligan Crew may be visible to members of the golf crews or trips that you participate in as part of the normal operation of the app. This includes your name, profile photo, golf scores, round statistics, and any content you contribute to shared crew or trip spaces.

Mulligan Crew does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers that support the operation of the application, including Bubble as our infrastructure provider, but only as necessary to operate the service.

Photos and User Uploaded Content

Mulligan Crew allows users to upload profile photos and trip or crew photos. Photos uploaded by users are stored within the app infrastructure and may be visible to other members of the same crew or trip. Users should not upload photos containing sensitive personal information or images of individuals who have not consented to being shared within the app.

Payments and Subscriptions

Mulligan Crew offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription that provides access to premium features including full scoring functionality for crews and trips.

New users are automatically enrolled in a 30-day free trial upon account creation with no payment information required during the trial period. After the trial period ends, continued access to premium features requires an active subscription at $7.99 per month.

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Mulligan Crew does not store, process, or have access to your payment card information or billing details. All billing and subscription management is handled through your Apple ID account. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period unless the subscription is canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.

Data Security and Deletion

We take reasonable steps to protect user information and maintain the integrity of the application. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us at mulligancrewsupport@gmail.com.

User-Generated Content

Mulligan Crew allows users to create content including crew names, trip names, round and score information, chat messages, and planning notes. This content may be visible to other members within the same crew or trip. Users are responsible for the content they create within the app. Mulligan Crew does not endorse or assume responsibility for user-generated content.

Children's Privacy

Mulligan Crew is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at mulligancrewsupport@gmail.com and we will take steps to remove that information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

Welcome to Mulligan Crew. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mulligan Crew mobile application ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.

Description of Service

Mulligan Crew is a social golf application designed to allow users to track golf rounds, participate in golf crews, view leaderboards and statistics, participate in golf trips and competitions, organize group tee times and trip logistics, and track friendly wagers and side games between players. The app is designed primarily for recreational golfers playing together in groups and is intended for users 13 years of age and older.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. Users agree to provide accurate account information and to update that information if it changes. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.

User-Generated Content

Users may create and share content within the app including crew names, trip names, scoring information, photos, chat messages, and planning notes. Users retain ownership of their content. Users are responsible for all content they create and share within the app.

Users agree not to create or share content that is:

• Offensive or abusive
• Harassing or threatening
• Illegal or infringing on the rights of others
• Discriminatory or harmful to other users or third parties

Mulligan Crew reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion. Mulligan Crew does not actively monitor all user-generated content but may take action upon becoming aware of content that violates these Terms.

By uploading photos or other content to the app, you grant Mulligan Crew a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content within the app for the purpose of providing the service to you and your crew or trip members.

Subscription Terms

Mulligan Crew offers a monthly subscription that unlocks premium features including full scoring functionality for crews and trips.

New users receive a free trial period when creating an account. After the trial period ends, continued access to premium features requires an active subscription at $7.99 per month.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period unless the subscription is canceled. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple App Store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

Mulligan Crew reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

App Functionality and Availability

Mulligan Crew is provided as a developing software platform and may occasionally contain bugs, errors, or interruptions. While we strive to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruption, delay, or technical issues.

Mulligan Crew does not guarantee the accuracy of golf scoring data entered by users. Scores, statistics, wager tracking, and other data displayed in the app are provided for informational and entertainment purposes among friends. Users are responsible for independently verifying any financial obligations between players. Mulligan Crew is not responsible for disputes arising from in-app wager tracking or side game results.

The app infrastructure is provided by Bubble (Bubble Group, Inc.) and is subject to their platform availability and maintenance schedules.

Wagers and Side Games

Mulligan Crew includes features that allow users to track friendly wagers, side games, and informal bets between players. These features are provided for entertainment and social purposes only. Mulligan Crew does not facilitate, process, or hold any funds between users. All financial transactions between players occur independently outside of the app. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any wagers or side games comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Mulligan Crew is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mulligan Crew and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the app
• Data inaccuracies or reliance on information displayed within the app
• Service interruptions
• Loss of data
• Errors or bugs within the application
• Disputes between users arising from wager tracking or competitive features

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oregon.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the application at our sole discretion. Users may delete their account at any time by contacting us at mulligancrewsupport@gmail.com.

Changes to Terms
